Position Title: TechOps - Senior 1- 2Full stack Developer - DevOps

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong development fundamentals and a solid focus on testing and quality engineering. The role involves owning features end-to-end, collaborating across backend, frontend, and QA teams, and ensuring high-quality, reliable application delivery.

Your Key ResponsibilitiesFeature Ownership & Collaboration

• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from development through testing and delivery
• Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution
• Translate functional requirements into clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Ensure timely and quality delivery aligned with project goals

Frontend Development

• Develop modern UI applications using React and TypeScript
• Build reusable components and integrate APIs with proper error handling and validation
• Implement UI using Material UI, ensuring alignment with design specifications
• Maintain responsiveness, usability, and performance standards

Backend Development

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# .NET APIs
• Implement controller and service layer logic
• Perform CRUD operations and basic data handling using:
  • Azure SQL (relational data)
  • Cosmos DB (NoSQL data)
• Support basic data modeling and application logic integration

Testing & Quality Engineering

• Develop and maintain unit tests using Jest for frontend components
• Create and execute end-to-end test scenarios using Playwright
• Ensure features are fully tested, stable, and production-ready
• Work with QA teams to improve overall test coverage and automation
• Identify and fix defects early in the development lifecycle

Platform & Cloud Awareness

• Use Docker for local development and container builds
• Work with Azure platform components, including:
  • Azure Functions and Logic Apps (basic understanding)
  • Monitoring and diagnostics tools
• Contribute to application stability and observability

DevOps & CI/CD

• Execute and monitor Azure DevOps pipelines
• Support build, release, and environment troubleshooting
• Ensure smooth integration between development, testing, and deployment
• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong fundamentals in full-stack development (frontend + backend)
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and Material UI
• Hands-on experience with C# .NET API development
• Familiarity with Azure SQL and Cosmos DB
• Strong testing experience with:
  • Jest (unit testing)
  • Playwright (end-to-end testing)
• Working knowledge of Docker and Azure basics
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working in agile teams with strong QA collaboration
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices
