Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Participate in the development and improvement of operational processes to enhance service delivery.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.

Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.

Ability to configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Knowledge of security principles related to network infrastructure and data protection.

Familiarity with incident management and change management processes within IT operations.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
