As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and setting up both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product needs. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline processes and automating the creation and configuration of environments. The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient platform operations, while maintaining a focus on reliability and scalability within cloud infrastructure.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to optimize automation pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to align platform engineering goals with broader organizational objectives.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.

Experience with performance tuning and scalability considerations in software development.

Ability to lead code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainable and efficient code.

Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
