Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented across multiple teams, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in application delivery. Skills:

-Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.-Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) – demonstrated through project implementations-Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)-Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
