Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote continuous learning.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business objectives.

Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of platform integration and customization capabilities.

Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.

Familiarity with cloud-based service delivery models and their application in human resource management.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable and efficient solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
