Technology Analyst

Responsibilities:

Continuous Learning:

• Design and impart targeted interview prep training programs for associates.
• Conduct technology training sessions for our staging associates in Java, Python, Dotnet, SQL, Angular, React, JavaScript, and more.
• Perform technical screenings of HTD/Experienced hires to assess their technical competencies.

EIB Support:

• Assist EIBs with tech support cases, focusing on skill and performance improvement.
• Plan and execute skill improvement programs under the guidance of the Director of Technology, ensuring clear outcomes within set timelines.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Java /Python/C#, Angular/ React/ JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures. Good in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS/ Azure/ GCP.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and version control systems (eg, Git).
• Knowledge of API development and management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint / Excel is an added advantage.

Educational and Certification Requirements:

• bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Java, Python, Dotnet, Cloud Technologies, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or related areas are highly desirable.
