5 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with prior software development experience being mandatory.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / MBA or equivalent.

Skills Required:

  • 8+ years of strong Techno-Functional consulting experience.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Strong client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing or Automobile domain is mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate in Kannada is preferred, based on project requirements.
