Job Description
Purpose of the Role
1. Support the SIC in executing the manufacturing functions of operating machines to produce and supply components of precision quality and quantity at minimum cost and in committed time schedule to meet the manufacturing function objectives
2. Ensure On time Move Transaction, Bar code swiping, Eliminating waiting time, reduce part setting time and providing suggestions for improvement
3.Producing the part and deliver the part on time with zero defects
Responsibilities Accountabilities
Continuous improvement processes by reducing a setup time and cost of tooling to reduce cost of production
Deploy innovative ideas to reduce cost and improve productivity and efficiency
Work on timely completion of customer complaint analysis and closure the same with error
proof
Update the PQCDMS check list
Verify the part identification and part quantities as per router
Ensure the previous stages are closed in ERP/ ROUTER
Part loading and setting
Machine operating
Ensure the dimensions are achieved as per control plan
Fill the S.I.R Report (Stage Inspection Report)
Close the Router after completion of operation"
Place the part on 3C container
Move on the part to next stage physically .
Move on the part in ERP Status
Offer the part to inspection
Clean the machine properly
Every month implement the kaizen 5s activities
Ensure adherence to business excellence process in all activity related to the section
Achieve the production target daily plan vs actual
Identify potential areas of process improvements and implement it in co-ordination with team
Work with automation team for SMART factory implementation through transformation INDUSTRY 4.0 techniques
Suggest and use of the latest technologies and tools for all activities within section department
Work with strict adherence to set processes and encourage low cost automation techniques
Train apprentice trainees on section process to ensure defect free products
