Technician - Operation Theatre

We are looking for a skilled Technician to join our Operation Theatre team at MIMS Hospital in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical technology and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Operate and maintain medical equipment in the operation theatre.
• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and supplies.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgeries.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and surgery details.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operation theatre setting.
• Possess strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with medical software and technology is required.
