Position: Technical Support Engineer

Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or any relevant technical field.
1+ years of experience in Website Development, Technical Support, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, .NET, PHP, Python, or similar.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs, and front-end concepts.
Understanding of API integration, client-server communication, networking, and troubleshooting.
Experience in websites/Application trouble shooting and support and issue resolution is mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues for merchants and developers.
Support API integration and configuration across multiple platforms.
Troubleshoot connectivity, networking, and client-side implementation issues.
Work closely with internal engineering teams to resolve escalated cases.
Assist customers with onboarding, account configuration, and technical guidance.
