• Provide technical support to software developers and end-users via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software development and deployment
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Participate in the development and implementation of technical support processes and procedures
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of technical support activities
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in the testing and deployment of software updates and new releases
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of software development tools, technologies, and best practices
• Provide training and support to other IT professionals on software development-related topics
