Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for core network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues using tools like BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and Palo Alto Firewall.
- Collaborate with incident management teams to resolve high-priority incidents in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware upgrades and configuration changes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system and networking protocols (BGP, OSPF).
- Experience with change management processes (ITIL) and production support procedures.
- Proficiency in VPN troubleshooting and network security best practices.
