Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Technical Support Engineers to join our Biometric Support Team. In this role, you will provide remote application and technical support for biometric devices and software deployed across India.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical and application support for biometric devices and software.
- Troubleshoot application, device, and connectivity issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, and remote support tools while maintaining service quality.
- Log, track, and update support tickets, escalating complex issues to the respective teams when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good Communication skills in Hindi (mandatory)..
