Job Description
- Prompt After Sales Service
- Responsible to provide service by site inspection of customers
- Supervising construction quality & testing of cement and concrete
- Receive & analyze quality related complaints & proper redressal of the same, thus enhancing the customer satisfaction level
- Supporting Sales Team & network in business enhancement
- Responsible for generation of leads from IHB and Influencers
- Executing the requisite activities (Mason meet, IHB meet, Contractor Meets, Mason mela , Counter meets, Consumer Camp) as per budget in close co-ordination with sales team
- Involve & Engage with Influencers
- Gathering market information regarding Quality, MTC, services provides and activities conducted by competitor brands
