Position Details

Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 1+ Year
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Work From Office (6 Days a Week)
Location: Velachery, Chennai 600042

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure regular candidate engagement and timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, candidate records, and MIS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and hiring methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
• Self-driven, organized, and committed to delivering quality talent.
