We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technical Project Coordinator to oversee and manage the delivery of technical projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, technical systems, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Coordinate technical teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks, managing dependencies and addressing risks proactively.

Facilitate meetings to track project updates, identify roadblocks, and maintain alignment across teams.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.

Document project requirements, processes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, technical standards, and client requirements.

*Qualifications Required:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

1 year of experience in technical project coordination or similar roles.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
