Technical Operations Engineer

• Provide technical support for critical applications and systems.
• Investigate and resolve technical faults and incidents in a timely manner.
• Assist in system upgrades, maintenance, and deployments .
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Follow and support incident, problem, and change management processes .
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality .

• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux server platforms .
• Good working knowledge of databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
• Experience with ITIL processes :
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
• Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .

• Prior experience in Telecommunications (Telco) industry.
• Experience in CRM or marketing technology platforms .

• Strong customer service orientation .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels .
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking .
• Proactive with a strong work ethic and ownership mindset .
• Ability to:
