Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple Full Stack applications (MERN & Flutter).
- Monitor application performance using Datadog and Application Insights.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Handle incident management, ticket creation, escalation, and resolution.
- Lead outage calls and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure application stability, availability, and performance.
- Communicate application status and issue updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements in monitoring and support processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
- Experience with MERN Stack and Flutter applications.
- Hands-on experience with Datadog, Application Insights, and monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Incident Management and RCA.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Azure/AWS is an added advantage.
