Role Summary Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking Delivery Managers to own end-to-end professional services delivery for Nokia across our core network practices. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, not a coordination role.
The successful candidate will personally hold the technical depth to challenge designs, review solutions and unblock engineers, while simultaneously driving standardisation, automation and a culture of engineering excellence across the account. We are looking for leaders who set direction rather than administer it.

Key Responsibilities Delivery Ownership
- Own delivery commitments, milestones and quality for all professional services engagements within the assigned practice.
- Manage scope, effort estimation, staffing and utilisation against contracted deliverables.
- Serve as the primary delivery interface for Nokia stakeholders - project managers, solution architects and account leadership.
- Drive proactive risk identification, mitigation planning and transparent escalation.
- Govern delivery through structured reviews, published metrics and clear RAG status. Technical Leadership - Hands On
- Maintain genuine working command of the practice domain; participate directly in design reviews, MOP validation, integration troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Review and approve HLD/LLD, test strategies and cutover plans before they reach the customer.
- Act as the final technical escalation point within the practice.
- Set and enforce engineering quality standards across the delivery team. Standardisation
- Build and maintain a common delivery framework for the practice - templates, checklists, MOPs, acceptance criteria and reusable design patterns.
- Eliminate project-specific improvisation; move every engagement onto a repeatable baseline.
- Institutionalise lessons learned so a fix applied once becomes a standard applied everywhere.
- Define and track delivery KPIs consistently across engagements. Automation and Efficiency
- Identify manual, repetitive and error-prone activities across the delivery lifecycle and build the business case to automate them.
- Drive automation of configuration, validation, health checks, migration and reporting activities.
- Set measurable efficiency targets - effort reduction, cycle time, first-time-right percentage - and hold the team to them.
- Contribute reusable assets to the wider Nokia BU automation programme, and consume from it rather than rebuilding. Thought Leadership
- Track technology direction within the practice domain and translate it into capability plans for the team.
- Contribute solution ideas and differentiators into pre-sales and proposal responses.
- Publish internally - reference architectures, whitepapers, playbooks - and represent Infinites capability in customer technical forums.
- Shape the practice roadmap rather than executing only against what the customer asks for. Inspired Leadership
- Build, mentor and retain a strong engineering team; develop SMEs and successors within the practice.
- Set a high standard for ownership and dependability, and hold the team to it consistently.
- Communicate direction clearly so every engineer understands how their work connects to the account outcome.
- Create an environment where engineers raise problems early, propose improvements and take initiative without being asked.
- Recognise contribution visibly and address underperformance directly. Required Skills and Experience Domain Depth Deep expertise in at least one practice, with working knowledge across the remaining areas. Practice Expected Technical Depth IPTEL IMS core, CSCF, TAS/MTAS, SBC, VoLTE/VoWiFi call flows, SIP/Diameter, interconnect and interop Packet Core 4G/5G core - MME, SGW/PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF; EPC to 5GC migration; cloud-native core deployment SDM HSS/HLR, Unified Data Management, SDL, subscriber provisioning, data migration, LDAP/Diameter/REST interfaces CSP Online and offline charging (OCS/CCS), PCRF/PCF policy control, DRA/ Signalling, rating and billing integration Technical and Delivery Skills
