Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy large-scale applications using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks for optimal delivery.
- Develop technical roadmaps and strategies to improve the efficiency and scalability of existing systems.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
- Strong managerial skills with ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in developing microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
