Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Bare Metal Restore/Recovery solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and drive product development.
- Design scalable and reliable backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Work on system-level technologies involving Windows/Linux, storage, file systems, and recovery mechanisms.
- Drive architecture, technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Mentor engineers and establish strong engineering and development practices.
- Analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Ideal Candidate
- 10–15 years of strong software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience in Backup/Restore, Disaster Recovery, Bare Metal Recovery, or related technologies.
- Strong programming and system-level development experience.
- Good understanding of Windows/Linux internals, storage, file systems, and networking.
- Experience in designing and developing highly reliable software products.
- Strong problem-solving, architecture, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
