Technical Leader

Technical Leader Technical Lead to lead the design, development and maintenance of a product based on Java/ J2EE technologies. The member will get exposure to participate in the entire product development life cycle process, right from conceptual stage until the delivery and post-launch support. Required skill sets qualities Proven Java/ J2EE application development Strong OO design and programming skills in Java Expertise on the following will be added advantage Android SDK, ADK, SQLite Internal architecture Phone Gap other frameworks Location based services development Google Map API Web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) Using social media APIs integration Excellent debugging and optimization Excellent testing/ QA skills Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Self-starter, who is able to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Acting as technical lead for the developer team Delivering across the entire app life cycle concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences Work closely with and incorporate feedback from product management and interaction designers Optimizing performance for the application Be a technical reference and mentor for the rest of the team Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies EXPERIENCE A minimum 3yrs of experience Expertise in the transportation domain will be added advantage.
