Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead (TL) to guide our software development team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to drive successful project delivery and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of developers, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.
• System Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems aligned with business needs.
• Data Structures & Optimization: Implement efficient data structures and algorithms to enhance application performance.
• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Cloud Technologies: Utilize AWS services for application deployment, scaling, and management.
• Database Management: Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage, modeling, and retrieval.
• Messaging Systems: Implement and manage Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
• Effort Estimation & Planning: Provide accurate project estimates, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges to ensure uninterrupted delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in system design and software development.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Kafka for messaging and streaming.
• Proven team leadership and people management skills.
• Strong project planning, effort estimation, and execution abilities.
• Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with JIRA reporting & analytics.
• Knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a lead role
