TECHNICAL LEAD - Switching and routing

• Security: Deploy and configure Palo Alto and Juniper Firewalls (Security policies, NAT, IPsec VPNs, Threat Prevention).
• Routing & Switching: Provision Cisco and Juniper network devices (VLANs, BGP/OSPF routing, STP, High Availability).
• Load Balancing: Implement F5 Big-IP or Citrix NetScaler (LTM/GTM, VIPs, Pools, SSL Offloading).

• Change Management: Author technical Change Request (CR) documents, impact assessments, and validated Rollback/Back-out plans .
• Technical Writing: Produce Deployment Runbooks , "As-Built" documentation, and updated network diagrams (Visio).
• Execution: Lead technical implementation during scheduled maintenance windows, ensuring minimal service disruption.

• Knowledge Transfer: Conduct formal training sessions for the operations team to ensure they can manage the new environment.
• Onboarding: Integrate new deployments into monitoring (SNMP/Syslog) and backup platforms.
