Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Leader (MERN Stack) to drive solution delivery, technical excellence, and team leadership across full-stack development initiatives. The role involves guiding development teams, ensuring best practices in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, and driving successful execution aligned with customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong Technical candidate with in-depth experience in MERN Stack
• Hands on working experience in NodeJS (Express / Loopback / Hapi JS)
• Strong knowledge and working experience in using ORM, REST API, Caching, performance optimization is required
• Knowledge in Cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS OOPS is required.
• Good knowledge in standards, design patterns are required
• Any certifications or technical writing done on the related technologies is a value add

Required Skills

• Strong experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and REST APIs
