Technical Lead

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on automation testing knowledge with excellent client communication skills, playing a key role in customer engagements, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the sales team to support the complete pre-sales cycle, including discovery calls, technical discussions, and solution mapping.
2. Understand customer requirements and position Qualitia s automation testing solutions effectively to address business and technical challenges.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs tailored to customer use cases using Qualitia
4. Design, implement, and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs), including creation of test cases and test plans to validate automation capabilities.
5. Act as the technical point of contact for prospects, handling technical queries, objections, and follow-up discussions throughout the sales process.
6. Support preparation of technical documentation, including solution architectures, and demo-related artifacts.
7. Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution positioning and smooth handover post-deal closure.
8. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring high-quality customer engagement.
9. Gather customer feedback during pre-sales engagements and share insights with internal teams to support product and solution improvements.
10. Maintain and continuously improve demo environments, PoC assets, and reusable pre-sales collateral.

Mandatory Skills Required:

1. Strong understanding of Automation Testing concepts and frameworks
2. Hands-on experience in:

• Designing and implementing test cases and test scenarios.
• Working with at least one automation testing tool such as:
• Tosca, Provar, AccelQ, Katalon, Selenium, Playwright, Copado

1. Ability to support daily customer interactions, including - Requirement discusion, Solution walkthroughs, technical presentation and demos.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
