Technical Lead

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise-grade web applications using Node.js, React.js, Express.js, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Azure/AWS, CI/CD
• Provide technical leadership to development teams by driving solution architecture, code quality, best practices, and technical mentoring.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, DevOps, and Project Managers to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, technical estimations, design reviews, and release planning.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to secure development and quality best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive permanent resolutions for business-critical applications.
• Build and maintain Azure/AWS CI/CD pipelines and support production deployments in collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Drive API integrations with third-party systems, enterprise platforms, and external business partners.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system scalability across frontend and backend components.
• Lead database design, schema optimization, and data migration activities using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and SQL Server, Azure ( Bus Service, CI/CD).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timelines while ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor developers, conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions, and support capability building within the team.
• Ensure complete SDLC compliance, including documentation, unit testing, integration testing, deployment validation, and production support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1012 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Express.js, Typescript, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and REST API development.
• Strong experience in Microservices Architecture and API-driven application development.
• Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software design principles.
• Must have Experience in Azure, Git, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
