Lead a team of developers and engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field (degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in software development.
Strong programming skills in languages such as- web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, ReactJs, JavaScript, Angular) PHP (CI, Laravel),NodeJS, Python(Django), Hybrid (Flutter, React Native), Native (Android and IOS) with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
