Job Description

- Understanding the J2EE product space and all Java standards

- Design and develop new product features and collaborate with server-side and UI developers to build components using Core Java, Hibernate, AWS, RabitMQ, MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL, Angular, Bootstrap, JSPs, JDBC, myBatis, Apache CXF, Apache Lucene, Web services, AJAX, Javascript libraries, Spring etc.

- Involves understanding of basic database architecture and design.

- Produce high quality code, perform code reviews and mentor/ lead team of junior engineers

- Stay updated of new technologies and of changes in technologies that affect back-end and front-end web development

- Help management establish and enforce team processes and standards.

- Demonstrate effective communication and motivational skills.

- Manage a team of 3-5 talented junior engineers.

Qualifications :

- 8 years of work experience in related fields in developing enterprise strength web applications

- A Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related software engineering discipline, or equivalent

- - Should have scored 70% above throughout academics.

- Should be interested in 100% coding with willingness to handle a team

- Strong programming, problem solving and analytical skills with expertise in Java/J2EE/MVC technologies/ Web services/Unit test automation frameworks

- Ability to work constructively with developers, QA, Project managers and Management towards a common goal

- Strong team player with verbal and written communication skills

- High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customer and our company succeed.
