•Large scale Microsoft .Net solutions based on industry 'best practices' WinTLT / / iPhone, Android development / / Web design / / Social media integration Team Lead / Senior developer Job Responsibilities •Design and Enhance a $40 Million mobile financial application •Large scale Microsoft .Net solutions based on industry 'best practices' •Design, Architect and Develop Microsoft .Net solutions based on suitable design patterns •Adopt new and emerging technologies to provide solutions to client needs •Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into suitable solution architecture •Document key SDLC processes by producing formal documents like Business, Functional & System Requirement Specifications, etc. •Ability to technically initiate, lead, motivate and mentor a team •Interact and adapt to the Client requirements •Be flexible to work on varied technologies and cater to time difference needs •Excellent communication skills •Identify technical issues and provide resolution •Ability to conduct formal and informal training and learning sessions •Must be able to start immediately Experience: 6 Years Key Skills: •Microsoft Technologies - .Net 1.1, 2.0 MS SQL Server, C# •WAP, JAVA, BREW and SYMBIAN •4 Years experience in all phases of full SDLC for Enterprise level Applications Expert Knowledge: •MS ASP.Net & XML, Web Services •OOAD •RDBMS or MS SQL Server •Complete SDLC documentation - FRS, BRS, SRS Working Knowledge in areas (added advantage/ optional): •UML •Design Patterns •Microsoft SharePoint •Microsoft BizTalk •Microsoft Commerce Server •Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence •Java Script •FLASH •MSXML •MS WinHTTP •Windows 2003 Server and Windows 2000 Server Work history of the following attributes: •Strong Communication Skills •Excellent documentation skills •Performance Driven •Innovative •Collaborating •Self Starting •Quick Study •Analytical •Attention to Detail •Problem Solving Education: Graduates/ Post Graduates in Computer Science/ Engineering, Science Graduates, MCA, Professional Degrees Designation: Technical Lead (.Net) Salary: Commensurate to experience and must be able to start immediately.
