Technical Lead

• Gather requirements from client
• Create high and low level design documents
• Review design documents
• Implement (Coding / Configuration) code review
• Allocate tasks and monitor them on a regular basis
• Review unit test plan
• Provide status updates to the Project Lead/Manager
• Interact with the Project Lead/Manager for resource allocation and estimation
• Configuration Management
• Develop Proof of Concepts (prototype)

Qualification

• B.E. /B.Tech/M.E. /M. Tech with an overall aggregate of more than 60%

Experience

• 5 + Years of relevant experience (Experience doesn't matter, if they have required skills for this role.)

• Training team members and new recruits on technical issues
• Managing resource allocation
• Interview (technical) future recruits for the team
• Object Oriented Skills, Windows Forms, Web Forms
• SQL Server 2008/2012/2016
