Position Details

Role: Tech Lead – Python with AI

Experience: 7–12 Years

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid

Notice period-0 -15 Days

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable Python-based applications.

Build and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

Work on LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and prompt engineering.

Develop REST APIs using FastAPI/Flask.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI products.

Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence through code reviews and best practices.

Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Python

Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Generative AI

Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and AI frameworks

Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks

Experience with FastAPI or Flask

Strong SQL/NoSQL database knowledge

Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is an advantage

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience leading technical teams or projects.

Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Experience building enterprise-scale AI applications.
