Technical Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers' work.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.

Job Requirements :

• 7-16 years of experience in software development with expertise in full stack technologies (Node.js, React.js).
• Strong understanding of MongoDB as a database management system.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Experience working with MV-VM or similar architectural patterns.
