Job Description

- Translates requirements into designs and guide team into functional user interfaces.

- Assists in defining software architectures - Collaborates with leads to explore existing systems.

- Builds software applications - Follows coding standards, builds appropriate unit tests, integration tests.

- Working in DevOps environment - git, Microservices, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, web services, OAuth 2.0, Docker, MSSQL etc.

- Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Ensure the quality and performance of the code through code reviews and testing.

- Mentor and guide junior developers.

- Communicates continually with the client and project teams - Explains progress on the development effort.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Hands-on Software Engineer & Programming expertise Java.

- Expertise in OOPS principles, XML, AJAX, Web services, design patterns, and best practices.

- Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and others.

- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and web services.

- Knowledge of Microservices, Spring Boot, OAuth 2.0, Docker.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular.

- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

- Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks, and technologies.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Self-directed team player who thrives in a continually changing environment.

- Strong customer service/client service skills.

- Experience in Banking Domain.
