TECHNICAL LEAD - Java

What Youll Do:

Build high-performance, scalable backend services using Java and microservices architecture
Develop sophisticated Angular applications with advanced state management
Make key technical decisions on architecture, technology stack, and design patterns
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and pair programming
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Collaborate with architects and technical leads on system design
Drive best practices for code quality, testing strategies, and deployment
Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions

What Were Looking For:

10-12 years of professional software development experience
Expert-level knowledge of Java ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, microservices)
Deep expertise in Angular framework including advanced patterns and optimization techniques
Strong understanding of system design, scalability patterns, and distributed systems
Extensive experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
Proven experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms
Strong knowledge of security best practices, OAuth2, JWT authentication
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members
Excellent problem-solving and architectural design skills
Advanced prompt engineering for complex Java Angular architectures and design patterns
Ability to train and mentor teams on effective AI tool usage and prompt engineering
Expertise in establishing AI-assisted development workflows for frontend teams
Design custom agent instructions and skills for enterprise Java Spring Boot microservices and modular Angular architectures.
