_About the Role_We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications.
The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in Java, React, cloud technologies, and containerized environments, with the ability to lead a technical team and drive innovation.
_Key Responsibilities:_Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and best practicesArchitect, design, and develop scalable web applications using Java and ReactDrive development and deployment in public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)Implement and manage containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes)Ensure secure and efficient multi-tenant application architectureCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutionsPerform code reviews, set coding standards, and enforce best practicesStay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologiesContribute to technical strategy, system design, and process improvements_Required Skills Experience:_10+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a Technical Lead roleStrong hands-on expertise in Java and ReactjsSolid experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Proficiency with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience designing and maintaining multi-tenant architecturesStrong understanding of web application frameworks, system design, and scalabilityExcellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills_Good to Have:_Experience with KotlinExposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture
