Technical Lead - Full Stack

We are looking for a powerhouse Full Stack Engineer with over a decade of experience to join our team. This isnt just a "coding in a dark room" role. We need a technical chameleon who can architect robust systems, mentor developers, and pivot seamlessly into high-level strategy sessions with our clients and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Build: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications from front to back.
• Client Advocacy: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, translating complex technical jargon into actionable business requirements.
• Full Stack Mastery: Develop high-quality code across the entire stack, ensuring best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and manage cloud-native solutions, ensuring our applications are resilient and cost-effective.
• Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and code reviews, fostering a culture of excellence within the engineering team.

Required Qualifications 1. Core Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.

2. Backend Expertise (Expert in at least one)

• Java: Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and JVM tuning.
• NET: Proficiency in .NET Core/6+, C#, and building scalable Web APIs.
• Node.js: Expertise in TypeScript, Express/NestJS, and asynchronous programming.

3. Frontend Expertise (Expert in at least one)

• React.js: Mastery of Hooks, Redux/Context API, and modern frontend build tools.
• Angular: Deep understanding of RxJS, Dependency Injection, and complex state management.

4. Cloud Services (Proficient in at least one)

• AWS: Hands-on experience with EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation/CDK.
• Azure: Proficiency in Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure DevOps.
