Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using ASP.NET and VB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Develop technical roadmaps for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.
Job Requirements :
- 6-11 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Technical Lead or similar role.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET, JavaScript, VB programming languages.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects from concept to delivery.
