Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 15+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years in Technical Delivery Management, to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex technology programs
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, engineering leadership, and hands-on understanding of modern technology stacks including Azure Cloud, React, and
NET Core backend systems
This role requires a strong leader who can manage cross-functional teams, drive technical program execution, ensure delivery excellence, and align business objectives with scalable technology solutions
Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of large, complex, and enterprise-scale technology projects/programs from initiation through deployment and support
Own end-to-end delivery management, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resource planning
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define delivery roadmaps and execution plans
Manage distributed and cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps engineers, architects, and support teams
Drive delivery of applications built on Azure Cloud, React, and
NET Core/backend technologies
Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements, enterprise architecture, and security standards
Monitor project health through governance mechanisms, delivery dashboards, status reporting, and periodic reviews
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges proactively
Manage client/stakeholder communication, escalations, and expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle
Ensure adoption of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate
