Technical Content Engineer

What you'd make:

You'd write videos that explain complex technical concepts to beginners; the kind of scripts people actually want to listen to. You should be able to visualize concepts in simple ways: diagrams that make things absolutely clear and leave no room for the learner to guess.

Salary: Up to 20 lakhs per annum (CTC), commensurate with experience and demonstrated skills.

Who you are:

You're an engineer who can write and create voice narration scripts. To explain a concept correctly, you have to actually understand it: where it breaks down, why the simple version isn't enough, what the real story is underneath

Responsibilities:

• Take a technical topic, a DevOps question, an AI concept, a system-design problem ; and turn it into a script and turn it into a video using our propriety too set that a beginner can follow from start to finish.
• Write the full script in our voice: tight, clear, and built around real examples instead of vague definitions. You explain the jargon as you go.
• Plan the visuals step by step ; what shows up on screen and when, one idea per visual, matched to what the narrator is saying.

Desired profile:

• High learning curve - you can understand the concept quickly and have the ability to break it down for beginners.
• Good writing. You write the way people talk ; clear, direct, one idea leading into the next.
• A visual sense. You can turn an idea into a clear, simple diagram that leaves no room for guessing.

Great candidates can:

• Simplify without oversimplifying
• Avoid unnecessary jargon
• Introduce concepts naturally
• Use analogies and stories effectively
• Explain why before how
• Anticipate learner confusion

KEY SKILLS:-
