Job Description: Blue Yonder Category Management (Space Planning) Technical Consultant

Role Summary
We're looking for a technically strong Blue Yonder developer/consultant with deep expertise in Category Management and Space Planning customization on the BY SaaS platform, backed by solid cloud and DevOps fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and extend Blue Yonder Category Management / Space Planning modules
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Develop and deploy on Azure cloud infrastructure
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders strong communication is non-negotiable
Required Skills
- 6 to 10 years hands-on experience with Blue Yonder SaaS platform, specifically Category Management/Space Planning customization
- Strong SQL complex query writing, performance tuning, data modeling
- Azure cloud development and deployment experience
- DevOps/CI-CD pipeline experience
- Strong coding skills (BY development stack)
- Excellent verbal and written communication — client-facing role

- Prior BY implementation experience in retail category management, not just support/maintenance
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and customize without heavy hand-holding
