We're looking for a Technical Business Systems Analyst with strong Life Insurance domain knowledge who can bridge business and technical teams.
Must-have skills:
- 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst/Technical Analyst.
- Strong experience in Life Insurance Policy Administration Systems.
- Excellent SQL skills (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL) for data validation and investigation.
- Hands-on QA, Functional Testing, SIT, and UAT experience.
- Experience with report comparison, data reconciliation, and defect/root cause analysis.
- Strong understanding of the life insurance policy lifecycle (issuance, billing, claims, benefits, loans, surrenders, etc.).
- Experience gathering requirements and writing functional specifications, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for requirements, test cases, and defect tracking.
- Experience supporting data migration, production issues, and Agile/Scrum projects.
Ideal Candidate
A Business Systems Analyst from the Life Insurance domain who is technically strong in SQL, testing, and data analysis, and can work closely with both business stakeholders and development teams.
