Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and translating client integration requirements, coordinating with the development team to implement solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless client interactions. The role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with integration technologies, APIs, and web services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the integration process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and gather detailed requirements.
• Document Technical requirements and collaborate with development team for solution design.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status, timelines, and any potential issues.
• Coordinate within development & qa team to test & deploy the integration solution.
• Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
