We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team in India. This hybrid role requires a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years in Business Analyst and technical project management, client engagement, client service delivery with Scrum Master experience
• Coordinate with US clients and facilitate communication.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and workflows.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimized solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, and wireframes.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Data Analysis: Work with data teams to analyze trends, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
• Testing: Assist in creating test cases, performing UAT, and ensuring the solution meets business needs.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Team Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project performance, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Agile Practices: Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies. .
