### Job Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced **Salesforce Technical Business Analyst** with 7–8 years of experience to bridge business requirements and technical Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and Agile delivery, while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.

### Key Responsibilities

* Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

* Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.

* Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

* Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Solution Architects, QA, and Product Owners to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

* Support solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.

* Work closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and API-based solutions.

* Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, defect triage, and production releases.

* Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and recommend optimal Salesforce solutions.

* Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.

* Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and release management processes.

### Required Skills

* 7–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with **4+ years of Salesforce project experience**.

* Strong knowledge of:

* Salesforce Sales Cloud

* Service Cloud

* Experience Cloud

* Lightning Experience

* Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and reports & dashboards.

* Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules.

* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like Jira and Confluence.

* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

 

### Technical Knowledge

* Working knowledge of:

* Apex

* Lightning Web Components (LWC)

* SOQL/SOSL

* Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs

* Platform Events

* Integration patterns

* Experience working with middleware such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.

* Understanding of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Copado, or Gearset is preferred.

 

### Preferred Qualifications

* Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (Preferred)

* Salesforce Administrator Certification

* Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I (Nice to Have)

 

### Good to Have

* Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Education Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

* Experience with data migration and release management.

* Knowledge of DevOps and deployment tools.

* Exposure to enterprise integration projects.

 

### Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

### Preferred Candidate Profile

* 7–8 years of overall Business Analysis experience.

* Strong functional and technical understanding of the Salesforce platform.

* Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.

* Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and Agile environments.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
