Job Description
- Hybrid Expertise: A professional with 6-9 years of experience who has worked as a
- developer for several years and transitioned into a Business Analyst role, or someone
- currently performing both roles.
- Technical Depth: Strong hands-on experience in software development, with solid
- understanding of modern architectures, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Functional Acumen: Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
- and vice versa, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
- Data Modelling Skills: Proficient in designing data models, schemas, and understanding
- relational and non-relational databases.
- API Design & Contracts: Skilled in designing API contracts (Swagger/OpenAPI), defining
- schemas, and ensuring consistency across services.
- System Thinking: Comfortable working with complex systems, identifying dependencies,
- and ensuring interoperability.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with technical
- and functional teams across geographies.
- Agile Mindset: Familiarity with SAFe or similar frameworks, and experience participating in
- PI Planning and other ceremonies.
- Problem Solver: Creative, proactive, and able to manage ambiguity while delivering highquality
- solutions.
