Role & responsibilities

1. Brokerage Domain Mandatory

Strong understanding of:

• Client onboarding
• Trading
• Financials
• Margin
• Lending
• Asset servicing
• Portfolio valuation and calculations

2. Technical Business Analysis

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Business Analysis or Product Management within Brokerage or a related financial services domain.
• Experience in defining end-to-end business processes and data flows.
• Experience creating process flow diagrams using relevant tools.
• Strong data analysis and data modelling skills.

3. Product Management

• 57 years of experience in product development or product management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical/product requirements.

4. Blockchain & Digital Assets

Knowledge of:

• Blockchain infrastructure
• Tokenization platforms
• Digital asset services
• Ethereum
• Polygon
• Hyperledger
• Canton

Candidate should understand how blockchain protocols can be used to support specific financial product requirements.

5. Agile & JIRA

• Strong experience with JIRA.
• Experience writing detailed User Stories.
• Ability to define comprehensive Acceptance Criteria for development and QA teams.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Good understanding of Agile ceremonies.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in regulated financial services or FinTech.
• Knowledge of DvP (Delivery versus Payment).
• Understanding of tokenized securities workflows.
• Experience with digital asset products.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA teams.
• Define business processes and end-to-end data flows.
• Create user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Perform data analysis and modelling.
• Support product development and product management activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Analyze blockchain and tokenization use cases for financial products.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood by development and testing teams.
