Design and develop cloud-native applications using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Create product roadmaps and define KPIs to drive delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
Develop and evaluate AI prompt strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and improve organizational effectiveness.
Implement model tuning, evaluation, and deployment techniques.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of LLMs, transformers, embeddings, and RAG.
Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI/OpenAI API, Cognitive Services, Pinecone, Redis, or Vector DBs.
Experience in designing and evaluating AI prompt strategies.
Knowledge of microservices, API gateways, and event-driven architecture.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, R&D-heavy environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
Certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, AI-900 / DP-100, CSPO / PSPO.
Experience with MLOps, LangChain, Semantic Kernel is an added advantage.
