Job Description
As a React JS Technical Architect with over 10 years of experience in software development and a strong background in front-end technologies, you will have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex React applications, providing technical leadership, and driving innovation
You will play a key role in shaping the architecture and direction of our front-end projects, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design and development of scalable and high-performance React applications
Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experiences
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design patterns, and deployment plans
Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
A Masters degree is a plus
10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end technologies
Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in designing and implementing complex React applications
Expertise in React JS and related technologies
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks/libraries
Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API)
Experience with modern build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn)
Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies
Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e g, Jira, Trello)
Familiarity with server-side technologies and frameworks (Node Js, Express) is a plus
Certification in front-end technologies or related fields is a plus
