Technical Architect - .NET Application Migration

• Lead end-to-end application migration initiatives (legacy to modern .NET / cloud platforms)
• Define target architecture, migration strategy, and roadmap
• Analyze existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend modernization approaches
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using .NET technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and engineering teams to ensure alignment
• Drive adoption of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and microservices architecture
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams
• Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure smooth execution of migration projects
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Skills /Experience

Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+
End-to-End application migration initiatives (legacy to modern .NET / cloud platforms)Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, MVC
Experience in enterprise application modernization and migration projects
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful services, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL Server, NoSQL)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with design patterns, SOLID principles, and architecture frameworks
Experience in performance tuning, scalability, and security best practices.
